Our Equipment

Purified Water, Cleaned From the Ground

We use a professional water fed pole system rather than ladders and buckets. It gives a better finish, and it keeps ladders off your home and out of your garden beds.

  • Three stage filtration

Tap water runs through three stages that strip out sediment, chlorine, and dissolved minerals before it reaches your glass.

  • 100% deionized water

With no dissolved solids in the water there is nothing left behind as it dries, which is what gives a genuinely spot free finish.

  • Extendable pole, no ladders

Exterior work is done from the ground, so for most homes nothing leans against your siding, gutters, or flower beds.

  • Safe up to three storeys

The pole reaches third storey glass, gable windows, and transoms a ladder cannot reach safely.

Ordinary tap water carries dissolved minerals, and as it dries those minerals are what leave spots. Strip them out and the water evaporates leaving nothing at all. There is no detergent either, so nothing tacky is left for the next week of dust to stick to.

Screen cleaning machine

Screens get their own machine rather than a hose and a brush.

The screen cleaner brushes down and sprays each screen under high pressure, driving water right through the mesh instead of pushing dirt further into it. That is what actually clears a season of trapped pollen and road dust.

It deep cleans both the netting and the frame in one pass, including the spline channel where the black grime line comes from. Screens come out lighter, airflow returns, and they go back into the openings they came from.

Mop and squeegee

Still the right tool indoors, and for glass a pole cannot touch.

All interior work is done by hand with a mop and squeegee. Indoors the job is as much about protecting the room as the glass, so drop cloths go down and every pane is detailed around the perimeter before the water can dry.

We also use it outside on any window a water fed pole genuinely cannot clean, whether that is because of access, a covered porch, or glass that needs contact work rather than a rinse.

For bonded debris such as paint flecks, tree sap, adhesive, or builder overspray we use fine steel wool and a razor on the glass, worked wet and checked as we go so the surface is never scratched.
